The breakfast is very limited and from outside restaurant. The main gets closed quite early (11 PM).

The location and environment near the place were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Super clean. The price was very reasonable considering the facilities. The balcony is super big, however, they could accommodate some of that space into the room which would serve the place better rather than wasting this much space on the balcony. Not every room has one though.

The hotel is set in a kind of apartment/flat consisting of two floors. So the rooms are closely connected to each other as well as the reception area. Even the dining room on the other floor is also close to the rooms, which in my opinion is not the best place to place them considering the privacy and comfort. Very poor service for evening snacks. Once I ordered from the menu which they said was available, however even after an hour and a half they were unable to serve it.

Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet location away from busy/ noisy streets but easy to obtain tuk tuk to access sites. Good restaurants within 5 min walk at Kulshi Town Centre area.

Our room lacked a fan and we mistakenly left balcony door open in eve bringing in mosquitoes. The AC doesn’t keep them off you at night and we didnt eish to use the plug- in insect repellent provided.
