Banheiro sem box, cortina nojenta, toalhas ásperas, louças sujas no restaurante, não secam os copos. Hotel muito caro pra pouca higiene.

El desayuno no tenía buen nivel, las comidas, las bebidas , las instalaciones y los utensilios de baja calidad, no había disponibles por la cantidad de personas de agua hervida, una sola tostadora para más de 60 personas

Da localização e do custo-benefício.

Toalhas mal lavadas, com cheiro ruim. Somente lençol na cama, sem nenhum cobre leito. Funcionários mal vestidos com uniformes desgastados. Elevadores ruins. Hóspedes estranhos (se você se hospedar lá, vai entender do se trata essa observação). E quando chegamos, tinha uma baratinha andando no criado (foto).
