Fiz uma reserva específica,paguei a mais por ela..onde na descrição havia vista pra o mar e lagoa, e me colocaram num quarto de fundos, sem vista alguma e muito mais em conta, e nao me ressarciram diferença

"Lugar bonito, hotel top , só a questão do chuveiro mesmo que me deixarão por desejar"

Perdir para arruma o chuveiro que não estava funcionando 5 dias , nenhum dos funcionários terão atenção , fiquei 5 dias tomando banho com água gelada
