Downtown View 4 Sleepers Studio- Great for Getaway

Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good sized fridge and freezer for keeping some food and drinks in the room. Walkable to lots of great places. My 72 year old dad and I walked to the waterfront/USS Midway Museum, to Balboa Park, etc. Ubers to or from other locations were quick and cheap.

We were happy with everything, but others may think it can be a little bit noisy at times.

Great place to stay. Room was clean and comfy. The location is perfect, alot of great bars and food all within 10-20 minute walks. Great for small friend group or couples 2-4. If your looking for a nice room, great price, and fairly close to downtown this is it.

We had an extended stay. The studio was nice and staffs responses to messages quickly. The cleaning staffs did a great job for our weekly service request. Will definitely returning if return again because of the location.

The sound proofing is not the best. We could hear people above us, but in the evening people are very quiet and respectful so sleeping is not an issues. The building is around the flight path for SD airport but it was not very bad at all. The airport is not running much late in the evening.

The location is right next to Balboa Park. 15 minutes walk to downtown SD and the Zoo. Bus is a block away in a residential neighborhood.

The wall is little thin thus soundproofing is not the best. But the guests in other units are quite during the evening so not too much problem. Our unit only have microwave so you’re good with prepared foods or microwaveable dishes. The area is under the airport landing path I have no issues at all.
