Montagehotel Bed & Steel

Na bookingu su slike od zajednicke kuhinje koja ne postoji. Na recepciji je kontakt telefon koji nije viber broj ni wa broj tako da morate da pravite dodatne troskove ako ste iz inostranstva. Objekat se nalazi u industrijskoj zoni i sve izgleda kao ukleta kuca. U objektu ne postoji niko od osoblja koga mogu da pitam nesto. Nisam dobila instrukcije gde se parking nalazi Sve u svemu cista jedinica.

Idk. Couldn't get into my room. So nothing I guess.

Couldn't get into my room because reception, apparently, closes at 16:00. There's a keybox but I never go any information about it. Neither did I get a code or anything. The next day I got a message from them that I should've called because they only give the code for the keybox via phone. I had to book another hotel and of course no refund. Even though I couldn't find ANY information about the keybox and that you have to call to get a code.

Nothing

I did not the room I booked and paid for. I booked with a private bathroom but we didn’t have one. We had to share a toilet and shower with 10 other people. We didn’t stay, we booked another hotel for the night. Reception was closed. We called them and were offered 50% money back but I never heard from them again.
