Please note that the reception is open from Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 16:00, on Friday from 07:00 to 13:00 and it is closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We have key safes for your late checkins. Directions from Linz Main Train Station: - take tram line 1 or 2 to Turmstraße - at Turmstraße, take bus line 25 for 1 stop to Betriebsgelände 47 - walk 5 minutes to the hotel A deposit may be required at the property.

Nothing worth mentioning about this one !

NOT RECOMMENDED for FAMILY / COUPLES. Room does not have ventilation, no AC not even Fans . All 3 Rooms we booked were smelling bad and felt like a Furnace. Called and requested the property manager PATRICIA, to arrange for Fans she denied and hung up. Very disappointed. The common Washrooms and Kitchen area was super Dirty and in a pathetic unhygienic state. Location was equally bad, completely out of the main city in an Industrial area and railway line next to the property, very noisy :( Not Recommended for disappointing us in this beautiful city of LINZ !!

Very friendly and helpful reception.

Other guests were very drunk and loud until late at night. The use of shared bathrooms and showers was not pleasant.
