There was no one there to meet me. I arrived at 4:10, and apparently the person at front desk left at 4. Was not told this. In the information binder there was supposed to be an insert giving directions for the t.v., Netflix, etc., but was not included

"Great location, needs some upgrades."

The view from the room looking over the marina was nice and the bed was comfortable. The firepit seating area was very nice. If the restaurant were open this could be a great little spot for dinner and drinks.

The property had a very bad smell. The room, Ladysmith, on the first floor was very small, with no room to put our bags.
