The staff was friendly. it's in a nice old chalet style building, and the location is excellent. Breakfast was good with many options.

The photos of the room type online showed full bathrooms and balconies. The room I got had a tiny shower on a pedestal 2 inches above the bathroom floor with no barrier, making it nearly impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom. The bathroom was so small you could not even change your clothes in it, making it inconvenient for a family to stay in the room. The room also did not have a balcony

Front desk staff were very helpful and provided info on the valley. The location was incredible. The hotel is a little dated, buts it’s still charming.
