The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the appropriate adapter when we arrived and the gentleman at the desk searched around and found one for us to borrow. Also, we didn’t not have rain gear and a very kind young woman working in the restaurant found an umbrella for us. Check in was easy, the room was large , clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this sweet hotel in Lauterbrunnen.

It is close to a waterfall We were able to put our luggage in a room long before check out time.The breakfast is very good

The decor is a bit outdated. But I guess part of the Swizz theme.

Nefunguje wifi a to jako vůbec pokud si chci naplánovat výlety tak to neni možné a ve Švýcarsku data velmi drahá Společná peřina byla pro nás nepříjemná ani jeden jsme se nevyspali Pokud někomu tyto věci nevadí pak bude spokojený
