Hotel Schützen Lauterbrunnen

The staff are great. Especially the lady on reception. The room was comfortable but there is no air con. There is a fan and you can open the window for a great view but very hot in the heat. The street is quiet at night. This would be a great place to stay in the heart of Lauterbrunnen with the waterfall not too far away and the train station a 5mins walk. There is breakfast included which is a really bonus for the prices of Switzerland

These places are built for the winter but with months getting warmer, air con would be a benefit.

The room and view was very nice, the restaurant was delicious, and the location was perfect.

Too many flies with no way to keep them out of your room if you wanted to sleep with window and doors open
