Staff/owners were lovely, very helpful and kind. Room was spacious and very clean. Food in the restaurant was very good. Very convenient to the Omega headquarters. Quiet.

No air conditioning, room was extremely hot (but they loaned us a fan to use.)

The room was a decent size and clean, bedding crisp, fridge provided. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which takes you to the main station in about ten minutes - it's also possible and straightforward to walk (but without luggage). A lift is provided. The hotel has lovely gardens but the comfort and facilities of the room itself are more important to me. The Swatch and Omega museums are about a five minute walk from the hotel and entry free - worth a visit.

No bedside table to put your phone, glasses etc. The bathroom was small and bathroom mirror was the old style 'shaving cabinet door' and if your height is around 160cm or 5'2" all you can see is the top of your head. That was the only mirror provided, entirely - not even one for dressing, and I would have expected better from a 3-star-styled hotel. The room key was problematic and difficult to use. For hygiene reasons I would have preferred a pillow protector under the pillow slip. Would have appreciated a kettle to make a cup of tea.
