L'accueil, le service, la disponibilité, l'amabilité du personnel souriant à l'écoute.

J'étais dans la chambre 14, j'ai dormi dans le lit côté salle de bain et j'ai trouvé le matelas assez dur. Je me suis réveillée à plusieurs reprises. Je pense qu'ajouter un surmatelas serait bien.
