Dieses historische Hotel liegt direkt am See und ist fussläufig verbunden mit allen wichtigen Einrichtungen wie Restaurants, Schiffanlegestellen und Rigi-Bahn. Die jungen Leute ander Reception ins Besondere Nina und Joel haben mich mehrfach grossartig unterstützt. Danke dafür! Mein Hund war willkommen. Ich habe wunderbare Tage und Nächte hier verbracht und es sehr genossen.

Fragen Sie immer nach, ob das Restaurant wirklich geöffnet hat, denn es scheint, dass es vorübergehend/mittelfristig? geschlossen hat. Schade, denn ich habe mich sehr gefreut, auf dieser einmaligen Terasse zu essen.

Sehr freundliche Service. Hilfsbereit. Gutes, wenn auch kleines Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert. Das ist in der Hitzewelle ein Nachteil.

This is our 4th visit and the view is always spectacular. It’s next to rigi bahn so great for walking. Lovely surroundings and staff friendly.

No restaurant and no ability to have an evening drink other than weekend. Food average. Missing some soul and atmosphere and signposted to other hotels for food when this place could be a gold mine. Previous visits we could swim from below the hotel but this time had to use public park.
