De ligging van het hotel

Te weinig handdoeken gekregen. Er zat een haar op 1 van de handdoeken. Geen afstandsbediening. Deze werd geregeld, maar vervolgens werkten de zenders niet op de tv. Douchestang zat los, daarom was het niet fijn douchen. Douchecel te krap. Het valt ons op dat als je de negatieve dingen aangeeft, ze vriendelijk antwoorden maar het antwoord wordt wel op een wijze gebracht dat het aan de klant ligt en niet aan Casa Zen.

I letti non erano affatto puliti, alzando il copriletto abbiamo scoperto una matassa di capelli e peli che erano anche sparsi sul lenzuolo. La cosa non ci ha fatto per niente piacere e ci ha costretti a dormire sopra il copriletto e l’asciugamano.
