A 12 km dal lago di Como, struttura molto carina, camere molto pulite e per noi che viaggiamo in moto parcheggio a l'aperto ma privato. Siamo stati accolti da Maria una persona simpatica e molto disponibile. Consigliato.

Location is easy to find and there is a parking just outside. The staff is responsive and polite. Good choice for overnight stay on a road trip.

I felt the smell of smoke inside the building. When we arrived the key locker was not working and it gave us the key to the wrong room. That room was not yet cleaned after previous guests and we were surprised to find a bed with sheets used by someone else. The staff was very polite and respectful and the manager came after my calls and messages in several minutes and gave us another key from the correct room.

I didn’t like anything of this property.

Very sad room: old bed, one old chair one old night table and white wall…..very sad. Some hair in the restroom. There is no staff in this property, no reception, I had to telephone to solve some problems, there is nobody in this hotel for any kind of problem. In the reception room, abandoned, there is only a coffee machine, no breakfast, nothing. One of the saddest places I’ve visited. For sure , I will not come back in the future.
