Great location, clean and comfortable hotel with exceptional service. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent. A special thanks to Sasa, who was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. As we were leaving early, Sasa thoughtfully arranged a packed breakfast for us, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Es ist ein 2* und erfüllt die Erwartungen für diese Klasse vollends. Sehr ruhige Lage und in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand, aber eben ein einfaches Hotel. Gerne wieder.

The entire accommodation was clean, cosy and felt like home. The staff were friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Loved the breakfast as it was fresh and wholesome, much more than I expected. It is very quiet away from the main street and just a hundred metre walk from the station. Ask for a balcony for more space and a great view,

We had to leave

This two star hotel is a gem! It is located about 5 minutes walk from the Interlaken West station. The establishment including the interior, the guest room and breakfast area are all spotless. Daily breakfast is good. Christine and her crew were all very welcoming and pleasant.

The bathroom space is a bit tight but aside from that everything else is just perfect.

This hotel is centrally located, not far from Interlaken West Hbf. Christine, the owner, and her staff are all very friendly and welcoming. It's very clean, and had everything you need - including room fans and daily fresh towels. There is free WiFi and a flat screen TV with some uk tv channels. One of our rooms also had a chiller cabinet, which was helpful as the weather was unseasonably warm. The breakfast is basic but plenty of it, and the coffee excellent. We would definitely stay again.
