Property is close to train station but very quiet area. Hotel is meticulously clean, bed comfortable and cold breakfast was great.

The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were ideal for travellers who wanted to stay somewhere clean, comfortable and homely. The breakfasts were lovely. The property is exquisitely clean and well maintained

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de Interlaken West y a una distancia caminable al centro. El personal muy amable y buen desayuno. El cuarto es pequeño pero me parece un buen lugar para estancias cortas.

El baño es pequeño y un poco incómodo, pero está bien.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen haben mir das leckere Frühstück, die zentrale Lage nahe am Stadtzentrum sowie das ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber, bequem und sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr sauber – zwar eher etwas klein, aber dennoch völlig ausreichend und gepflegt. Ebenfalls positiv aufgefallen ist mir das grosse Vertrauen gegenüber den Gästen: Selbst wenn die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist, kann man mit dem Schlüssel problemlos weiterhin ins Hotel gelangen, was ich sehr praktisch und kundenfreundlich fand.

Etwas weniger gefallen hat mir, dass man teilweise die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn hören konnte, insbesondere spät am Abend. Dafür kann das Personal jedoch nichts, und ansonsten war der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr angenehm.
