"Bad"

The staff has no English speaking skills....i was held up for over an hour to check in.....despite the fact that my spouse had already checked in . Haikou is a tourist city why the reception staff cant speak and understand a few words of english?

"The hotel staff were very helpful, but the rooms required some cleaning effort."

The location is ideal, as it is only a 5-minute walk from the airport. Moreover, the hotel is situated within the airport outlet shopping mall, which features numerous stores and a complete food court. The food court is very convenient for quick and easy meals.

The room was not clean, mainly the bathroom. The room also had a strong smell of cigarettes, even though it should be smoke-free.
