Location and the shuttle service.

1.The front desk staff weren't sure which terminal is domestic or international departure. 2. The signage from the railway station to the hotel is not good. I got lost following the signage.

"Convenient, Close, Clean and HUGE!"

Amazingly close to the airport. Clean, Quiet and comfortable on a layover. You can easily walk but the shuttle goes every 5 mins.

Close by to the airport

Too far from everything else. Would have been good if the hotel provide a shuttle bus service to the city. The driver of the free bus shuttle to the airport was very rude.

"Very convient and clean hotel if you need a stop over"

Close the the airport, we landed in terminal 2 and called for a shuttle bus to pick us up. Close to shops and food, you can walk from your hotel directly to the shopping mall and the airport train station.

There was confusion about if we had paid for breakfast or not. Was sorted out with the manager.
