Fabulous hotel with everything you need, and its built into a mall so you can go shopping and enjoy the layover. You can get a taxi into town, takes about 30mins

"Excellent for a long layover"

Enormous room . Very clean and comfortable , quick shuttle ride from terminal 2. Get the shuttle from Stand 5 - there is a bilingual sign . Shuttle is ever 30 min on the hour and 1/2 hour . Shuttle is direct to the hotel . There is also a shuttle between terminals - that would work as the hotel is attached to terminal 1 but would involve more walking

Nothing . Obviously it’s china - don’t expect fluent English from staff

Clean quite cozy

The card doesn’t work and no response from the staff .additionally.i was forced to leave three bags in the floor to return back to the receptionist to activate the card . That happened twice 😡.additionally i had to use shuttle bus to arrive

Super close to the airport, great shuttle service and cheap enough to go downtown in a taxi. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Gym was well equipped albeit very hard to find! Breakfast had a variety of food and even a soup station. Great place to stay for a layover!

Staff struggled to communicate using apps on their phone. As an improvement I would suggest having the basics written down for guests. Nonetheless, everyone was very friendly!
