Location is good for transfers. A few minutes walk from terminal 1. We were told 15 mins walk from Terminal 2 but there is also a regular free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. All went smoothly. Very nice rooms and facilities.

Great value for money, huge rooms, good staff, felt very safe and secure. Shuttle service makes it very easy to get to, and from the airport, the staff use translations if they can't speak your language and are very friendly and helpful.

Could not access room service or any food during the stay due to staying at odd hours, and we could get the food service to work on our phones. Perhaps you need a Chinese app or system, unfortunately.

Morning airport bus settled is good. Perfect place for transit. Food was great.

From terminal to hotel it’s very had to find them first time. Not all staff speaks English make very hard for check in to the hotel.
