Eigenes Bad im Zimmerwar sehr von Vorteil, Aussicht war gut und das WLAN funktionierte. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Essen und Bedienung im Restaurant war iO. Fühlte mich sicher und wohl.

Der Empfang war unfreundlich und nicht Hilfsbereit. Keine eigene PP. Das Zimmer sah auf der Homepage besser und gemütlicher aus. Schlichte Einrichtung ohne TV. Bettlaken war nicht sauber. Unruhige Nacht, da andere Gäste nur ein WC auf dem Flur hatten und immer an meinem Zimmer voerbei gehen mussten. Da es ein altes Haus ist, knatrrte das dann immer. Musste mit oropax schlafen. Fand Preis Leistung nicht gut.

I booked here only because hotels in Interlaken were so expensive, but I was so happy I stayed here instead! My room overlooked the lake, which is absolutely gorgeous, with a door to go in and out right at the lake. I could open my window and door for the view and fresh air. The room (double) was very comfortable, I appreciated having chairs and a sofa. The bathroom was actually better than I expected from the photos, good shower pressure and hot water. Lots of room to spread out. Excellent breakfast in the mornings, I always appreciate fresh bread and multiple cups of coffee! 🤣 Nice and helpful staff. Definitely recommend and would stay again. (Near two grocery stores.) Brienz is just a short ride to “all the sights,” but beautiful, calm, and peaceful!

For me personally, the bed was too soft, and I simply don’t understand the pillows in Switzerland. (Every hotel!) For most visitors, these pillows are useless, please provide some with different levels of head/neck support.

Que j’ai payé le petit déjeuner, et je n’ai pas pu prendre parce qu’il ne commence pas avant 8h15 Qu’il y a écrit parking, alors que finalement on était obligé d’aller se garer sur un parking payant

Superb location, friendly/helpful staff and great breakfast

Too expensive for a very small room without any perks other than the view. No tv, no soap/shampoo in the shower, small beds.

Tolle Lage, direkt am See mit Bademöglichkeit und herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
