Cómo me va a gustar si lo único que hicieron fue pedir plata, y como no se la dí me cancelaron la reserva porque yo no lo quise hacer

Mucho cuidado con este hotel. Tienen prácticas muy poco profesionales y sospechosas. Después de reservar, me contactaron por WhatsApp para exigirme un pago adelantado del 50% y el cobro del IVA, cosas que NO estaban estipuladas en las condiciones de la reserva original. Al negarme a pagar estos montos no pactados, se negaron a recibirme y no me dejaron hospedarme. Es una falta de respeto al cliente y una publicidad engañosa. No caigan en sus presiones de pagos extra por fuera de la plataforma .
