Hotel Bambu Guatape

Don Garzón tuvo una gran atención, nunca nos habían atendido tan bien. Un lugar para relajarse si no se quisiera salir del hotel, con el jacuzzi y la comida, espectacular

Todo perfecto, la distancia al pueblo es muy corta, si no se quiere caminar en absoluto, se coge tuk tuk fácil y se llega en un minuto, pero no nos pareció ni lejos ni tan mala la carretera

El trato que te Dan desde la entrada hasta la salida,pendiente de todo . La limpieza , la tranquilidad del lugar el desayuno...Volveré

El señor de recepción súper mal educado, opinando sobre cosas que no le correspondían

Staff were amazing! Beds were really comfortable and bathroom was great! The best bit was definitely the jacuzzis on the top floor which had a great view. Breakfast was decent and the hot chocolate was great!

When booking the property, the address is different to what is stated on booking.com and is about a 20 minute walk from the town of Guatape. They advertised that they had a restaurant which wasn’t open when we arrived - when we asked the next day they seemed to only do one type of food. It’s very easy to order things to the hotel so this wasn’t a big problem!

Het bed was groot en prettig.

De locatie op booking klopt niet. Het hotel is veel verder weg dan werd aangegeven. Toen we dat benoemden werd er nauwelijks op gereageerd. De kamer was daarnaast niet erg schoon.
