Perfect location with great view and excellent food! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable and clean! Hotel right next to the Wengen train station.

"The hotel is adequate but far from luxurious. The spa is a joke and the rooms are basic."

Views are magnificent. Dinner in the restaurant is good (the best we experienced in Wengen and we tried a lot of other restaurants). Staff are friendly and efficient.

Cheap mattress. Cheap bathroom fittings. Cooking smells in the bedroom(4th floor). Bar area is more like a youth hostel than luxury hotel. Spa is a joke (cold hot tub and luke warm sauna).
