Entre Palmas Casa Hotel

Great pool, super attentive staff, good room that offers everything you need, close to town.

We liked it for being a nice place, clean and good attention and service from the staff.

We did not like the television service and some of the bathroom and room facilities were a bit old and in poor condition.

It was such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were the highlight. I got very sick while I was there and they went out of their way to help me. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. And all of the facilities are excellent, the pool especially. Will definitely stay again when I return.

The staff was amazing, so attentive and lovely. Hanging by the pool was relaxing. The town Santa Fe is so festive and full of parades, concerts, especially during the holidays.

The property is lovely and comfortable, but the rooms are small and tight- not places you can hang out for very long.

Very friendly and attentive staff, super clean, fantastic food. Large selection of food and drinks. Enjoyed the area with the dartboard and pool table. Walking distance to many other places to eat and shop if you want to explore. Only 13 rooms, we came during the week and had the whole place to ourselves.

Loved everything, but be aware they don't take credit cards on site. Cash was no problem, or you can message them on WhatsApp and they can most likely generate a link where you can enter a credit card.

The hotel is a few blocks from city central which is nice. The shower gets very hot, the pool felt great on those hot afternoons and the staff was top notch. The included breakfast was typical Colombian but I'm not complaining. The real shocker was the restaurant. We normally don't pay to eat at hotel restaurants since they are overpriced but we decided to give them a try. The food was excellent. I'm surprised they only serve hotel guests because it would make a great restaurant for the public. We will stay here again when we visit Santa Fe.
