"Great location with fantastic view"

View was breathtaking and very convenient to the lift. Breakfast in our room was prompt and well prepared.

WiFi was very weak. Worked okay in the main room but unusable in the bedroom just a few feet away.

"Peaceful place with a great view of the Matterhorn"

This was a great place to stay in Zermatt. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. The spa overlooks the Matterhorn and provides a relaxing place to enjoy Zermatt. They provided transportation from the train station, and the breakfast each morning was outstanding.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It well exceeded our expectations. The view was the most impressive sight. The staff was so friendly & helpful. The pool & spa were excellent. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast we had in Switzerland.

The only negative was that it was quite a walk from the main part of town (ie: restaurants). But this may be a positive for some!

Quiet, intimate, great location, great view, excellent service and spa facilities

It was sometimes hard to get airflow in the room, leading us to leave the hotel room door open to help get a breeze.
