Casa Provenzal

It is a beautiful property, very clean, the bedrooms are cozy and very well located. The staff was amazing, very kind and help us with everything that we needed.

The house and property was extremely private, it gave a sense of warmth and familiarity. The staff was amazing and willing to help at all times.

The showers could be better.

Unfortunately I couldn’t get any hot water in the shower. The water did not run away quickly enough from the shower tray. So I could not shower. There was a very noisy dog barking outside. Obviously outside the control of the hotel but there all the same. The flashing Christmas lights outside the window were very bright, the blinds did not obscure this. A very pleasant stay really. Sometimes owners are not aware of these issues unless pointed out.
