Love the staff

A bit far from the main square, and the breakfast disappointed us (as a Colombian citizens)

Breakfast and location where amazing. Hosts are friendly and really care about making your stay as comfortable as they can.

I absolutely loved the staff. Nataly was amazing! Her attention to detail and sincere concern for the guest's comfort and well being was way beyond her duty. The kitchen staff was also quite lovely, all of them :) Location is great! A 15 min walk away from the very center of Villa de Leyva, but far from the noise and chaotic holiday traffic. Very comfortable rooms and common areas, lovely decoration and warm lights inside. Well lit spotless bathroom!

Parking was a bit of a challenge but nothing to be concerned about. One just needs to bear in mind that it takes a few extra minutes to get the car parked or to leave. In Villa de Leyva one should always be grateful for the enclosed parking at the same location and this place has worked it out.

Decor

The hot water situation was disappointing. In a cold town, having reliable hot water is essential. At first, I was given a room with no hot water at all. After requesting a change, I moved to another room where the hot water barely worked—I had only about a minute to take the quickest shower in the chilly weather
