Mooie suite, fijne sauna en jacuzzi. Hotel zelf js mooi.

Het personeel was onduidelijk en gaf onvoldoende informatie. Ze zeiden dat er geen sauna was, dat ik niet betaald had (wat ik wel had gedaan), gaven geen instructies voor de suite.

Instalación buena, seguridad excelente

Desde la tarde que llegamos hasta el día siguiente no hubo agua potable disponible, demasiado lentos en las reparaciones y tampoco nos brindaron ayuda suficiente para solventar la situación, no tenían un plan de contingencia para este tipo de casos lo cual nos hizo incurrir en gastos extraordinarios debido a que un recurso vital como el agua no estaba disponible. Mi hijo sufrió una herida y no hubo como lavarlo, la respuesta del personal es demasiado lenta

Die ganze Ferienanlage ist schön gelegen (am Park) und schön. Der Jacuzzi war toll, auch der Pool, nur das Wasser war etwas kalt. Unser Appartement war ausreichend groß.

Der Lärm von der Straße war teilweise sehr laut und in der letzten Nacht gab es eine Party bis 6 Uhr morgens. Außerdem waren war zu dritt, aber in der Küche gab es nur 2 Teller, Tassen etc

Basically booked with them but they didnt want to attend us saying that they dont work w booking even though they oublish there so they were full and disnt want to help us with the fact that the reaervation was non refundable!!!

That the lady responsible disnt try to help us w the resvervation and we had to look for another hotel after a long drive 🫣🙃

"Tranquilidad y buena ubicación"

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue la ubicación 🗺️, la seguridad 🔒 y el ambiente silencioso 😌, perfecto para descansar y desconectarse.

Al día de hoy (diciembre 2025), lo que menos me ha gustado de mi estadía en Casa Conde es la falta de personal en recepción y la calidad de la atención del área administrativa, que podría mejorar. Considero que sería muy positivo contar con una persona con experiencia en servicio al cliente para brindar un trato más cálido y profesional a los huéspedes.
