"Convenient and spacious in the San José area."

Staff was super attentive and willing to help all the time. I had two consecutive reservations (work/personal) and I didn’t have ant problem with the transition between both of them. The area is clean. The coffee in the breakfast area was amazing, and the area around the swimming pool is very pretty. The property is gated and there is a 24 hours staff available.

The area around the property doesn’t look very nice. However, it has nothing to do with the property. The apartments are big and comfortable, but some TLC is needed with the appliances. I had to switch rooms because the washer/dryer didn’t work, but they were super helpful and accommodating.

"Great weekend getaway"

Very well maintained, I used to come here more than 10 years ago with my family and the Hotel still looks great, still in a great location and great for a quick comfortable getaway or a long stay, the place still has the same equipment it had when I was a kid but everything is exceptionally well kept.

I would maybe upgrade the TV in the apartment but nothing that would be an actual issue.

La amabilidad del personal

Que el día antes coordiné telefónicamente el estacionamiento de un vehículo de carga liviana, y luego que me dijeron que si y llegué y oagué, cuando el vehículo llegó no lo dejaban entrar. Al final si aceptaron, pero, me parece que debia haber estado coordinado por parte de ellos y no tener que bajar de la habitación, a ir hasta la entrda (que esta lejos) a que vieran eñ vehículo qie el día anterior me ahbían aprobado. Por lo demás todo perfecto!
