The property was close to Valdivia downtown The breakfast was good

The bathroom smelled unpleasant, the hot water took a long time to come through, and the drain was clogged.

Rico desayuno, buena ubicación y gran cordialidad. Muy limpio y ordenado.

No tiene estacionamiento ni convenios con estacionamientos privados cercanos. El piso por ser una casa antigua pero remodelada, cruje al caminar.

"Cosy boutique hotel"

Such a beautiful hotel in a historic building. The staff were very friendly and I was so comfortable in my bedroom I abandoned plans to go out for beers and read my book in bed all evening! The breakfast was tasty and generous. I would book it again.

The location is great for the bus terminal and it's not far from the waterfront, but it's not super super close. I didn't mind that, though.

El desayuno es muy completo, y las personas que lo sirven son demasiado amables. La ubicación es ideal para moverse caminando. Y el hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, impecable todo!!

El piso al ser de madera genera harto ruido, y las habitaciones no tienen buena aislación de ruido.

Me encantó la accesibilidad y la cercanía con el centro y terminal de buses. Piezas muy agradables, con buena temperatura. Desayunos contundentes, ricos y frescos. El café muy bueno. Personal amable y accesible.

Cuesta regular inicialmente el agua caliente (sin embargo, esto lo anticipan en la descripción)
