El dueño es un personaje muy gracioso. Fue muy amable y nos aconsejó durante nuestra estancia. El hostel es muy humilde y le haría falta algun arreglo. La ducha funcionaba muy bien. No se puede pedir más por ese precio.

La cocina compartida está abierta por lo que facilmente entran animales y queda sucia.

The host is very helpful, very convenient to the beach, very affordable!

Minor complaints: the advertisement said beachfront, but it was a a couple of city blocks length to the beach entry. Also, I think it needs shower racks for soap and such, and hooks in the room to hang things on.

"Exceptional"

This is a classic in the world of hostels! I have been an intermittent backpacker traveller for about 15 years, in 25 countries and I value this hostel as everything a hostel could and should be. Local information and tourist assistance available when requested. The Beach National Park is a very short walk away. Two easy walk restaurants, convenience store, ice cream shops are in the neighborhood. I've seen wonderful birds and monkeys and heard Howler monkeys. The beach is ever changing and fascinating. Shade areas are under the trees beyond the high tide line.
