Very clean, easily accessible and everything I needed was there. Free soft drinks also a winner

We called the reception 3 days in a row to fix the heating because the room was a constnt temperature and it was cold. They said they will fix and the temperature was the same.

Good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was very good and excellent value

I absolutely love the Tor. The staff is exceptional, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I was able to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant this time, and the food was delicious. Special shout outs to Andrea on reception and Nicoletta in the bar/restaurant.

I do feel the breakfast is a bit over-priced given the lack of hot food options, however the items available are tasty and well presented.

Clean room, comfortable beds.

No lounge area, bar and restaurant restricted times. Taxi service attached to hotel very expensive and they changed price once booked.
