The staff was really friendly

The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was very good and the location was great.

The hotel was not fully open and could not offer us use of their bar or restaurant therefore, we needed to walk to the local village to have food or any drinks. We could see this would have been a fantastic hotel however, no facilities were open for us to use. We were left on our own for the first night and given a phone number to call, if anything happened. This was more of a bed and breakfast for us rather than a hotel.

Clean, spacious, free parking, nice & helpful staff.

Too warm Room (25.8 C) and thermostat not working, had to keep the window open full night. The sleep was disrupted several times. Shower wasn’t able to mix Warm & cold water.. it was coming one after other. Breakfast was 16,50€ but wasn‘t getting refilled.

The rooms are clean and tidy (although super noisy because of the road).

The hotel it positioned on very busy road, and if you are on the front side of the hotel (which half the room are), you can hear the cars all night, it's especially bad when it is raining (as wet roads are noisier). The restaurant was open one evening, just not to residents (!), despite managing to put on a function in the restaurant one of the nights, the hotel being "completely full this weeknd" (to quote the receptionist) and there being boards out showing what you could order at the restaurant, the restaurant was closed to people staying at the hotel! The breakfast was appalling / a complete rip off, c. €20 / person and only 1 of 3 'hot' items were available when we went down one morning (a full hour before breakfast officially closed) and they'd run out of most other things (yogurts, fruit etc). Sofa bed was outrageously uncomfortable.
