Super idyllisch gelegen. Schönes Zimmer, gute Betten, geschmackvoll und originell ausgestattet. Das Essen war super. Das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Mann hatte Geburtstag und er bekam ein super Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Secco und einem kleinen Herzkuchen mit Kerze kredenzt. Unvergesslich schön!

Having travelled extensively and stayed in many high-quality places around the world, I have rarely—if ever—encountered hosts as gracious and genuine as Herr Maier and his team. The setting is beautiful, with both the rooms and the restaurant offering stunning views over the lake and surrounding forest, which is perfect for long walks and exploration. The food was consistently excellent—whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner—and animals were welcomed with open arms, which we truly appreciated. But what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Herr Maier and his staff showed unwavering attention to detail and went above and beyond for their guests. When we ran into trouble with a flat tire on a bank holiday, they bent over backwards to help us, and we were incredibly touched by their kindness. We are deeply grateful and thoroughly impressed—and will most certainly return.

The rooms were nice and the area is great

The hotel has two houses, one on the lake and one a bit further away on the street. This was not well explained. We stayed in the house on the street, which was nice, but quite noisy. Overall, a bit overpriced

The location was isolated but with a small lake which was nice. The facilities were great and beds comfortable.

The extra costs for a dog (25 euro cleaning charge) are excessive but other than that was fine.
