Location is good

Staff is not helpful, even if we take the whole responsibility to keep our luggages on the lobby floor until the train time they didn’t accepted. They should be more kind and helpful, people are coming from Sweden or Denmark just for shopping which is good for Flensburg economy so they need to consider more about being nicer
