- Empfangsbereich hat stark nach Zigaretten gerochen - Erstes Zimmer wurde nicht vor check-in gereinigt! (Urin vom Vorgast in der Toilette - Beschwerde und Zimmerwechsel wurde erst nach genauer Beschreibung und eigener Ansicht gewährt - erster Eindruck hat für einen schlechten Start in den Urlaub gesorgt
