"Old fashioned stay in gasthof close to Baiersbronn station"

Location perfect. Just a short (5-10 mins) walk from Baiersbronn train/bus station. Very convenient. (It is uphill from the station though, so please be aware). Lovely views from the balcony in our room. Lovely rural setting.

Staff not overly friendly. (Not unfriendly but not exceptionally friendly either). Room was fine but a bit old-fashioned and a little dusty. Could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was just ok / average.

"A small inn with character at an affordable price."

We had a large room with a balcony. Everything was very clean and our host was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a nice touch. We had a good nights sleep and a nice shower in the morning. What more can you want and at an affordable price.
