Location

Kitchen was closed, no hot water for tea or coffee, not even a mug or cups, water in the bathroom was puddle had used the only 2 towels water all over, no shampoo or conditioner, pillows were hard as a rock, Kitchen opens at 9am-3pm. No one is pleasant and willing to help or go extra miles. I will never go there again.

"Great location for exploring peacefull Punta Rucia"

Great location, right on the beach, few minutes walk to local restaurants. Nice pool. Comfy beds, nice balcony type spaces for each room, AC.

We didn't know the on site restaurant and bar would be closed until we arrived - wasn't a big problem as we could all walk the 7 minutes to public restaurants. On site coffee and drinking water would been good though.

Nice hotel next to the beach. Hotel had nice pool and the hotel staff was very nice and great. They served a lot of different food in menu, but because it was not holiday season, all food was not availabe.

Pool opened at 09, we would have gone earlier if possible.
