Hotel Sand Bay

expensive, not worth the money. the property didn’t have a fridge and my room didn’t have wifi connection. only place that had wifi was by the reception. I don’t recommend this to anyone. 8500peso 2nights

Although the staff of restaurant were very kind, actually the owner is the one who cooks, they made mistakes with orders, and you have to wait a lot for your meal

the room wasn’t clean. we hadn’t hot water for a shower for 3 hours the ac works only at night, even thou it is not written in booking. no beach towels bad breakfast

the pool and the location were great.

the rooms were way too small, the shower was tiny and they don’t turn on the air conditioning untill 7pm in your own room, and it’s too hot to be in there.

They need to have more people who can really give you good customer service, the girl from The front desk need to act more professional, and need to find an better way of how to explaining everything works in the hotel. They need to renew their property, cause the hotel is beautiful but it’s old and everything is kind of broken, staff from the restaurant were good but they disappear and there’s no body to give you attention if you need help. However they need a better administrator. Hotel and view were beautiful.
