No securty Hotel.ooen from 12 to 2030 only Then yoi have to use other exit and lock by youraelf No 1 in the hotel for food cafe each....

Cynthia was friendly & accommodating to our requests. Setting lovely & relaxing. Breakfasts enjoyed. Convenient location. Appreciated the extras that Lorena showed us on the way from Quito.

No fan in the room when doors /windows needed to be closed against street noise. No in-house directory to guide us/other guests, therefore limited control to behaviour (eg.loud guests late at night). Didn't know that we needed to request service and/or supplies to the room. (Directory would have helped here also).

Beautiful unique sustainable design, riverside location, delicious ala carte meals (recommend fajitas, sandwiches and trocha con marisceros), laundry service, kind staff, everything is clean as crystal, good matrasses, taxi service in front of the hotel. I never sleep without earplugs, here I could.

Couldnt close one of the windows, promised to be fixed the day after, but never happened. No hairdryer in the room. All the breakfasts were vegetarian, we craved for some cheese & ham. Some items like cola zero, local beers, kombucha on the menu were out of stock for 3 days, however there is a shop opposite to the hotel, they could just run over to get them.

Property was very central. The hotel had a lovely feel to it, the rooms were very clean and comfy! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Would stay here again

Very friendly staff, ease of check in, lovely rooms, very clean! And a great breakfast, they were very accommodating of my dietary needs!
