La atención

La piscina imposible usar es helada, el área de juegos es muy pequeña y para bbs.

I can't rate this hotel as we didn't stay there. Due to the protests , it was full when we arrived. The owner was super nice and took us to another place but it probably wouldn't have been what I would choose.

Check-in was a little odd here, and it took a while to get sorted. The hot water wasn't working right in the hotel room; my husband was able to communicate this in his limited Spanish to the employee and this was resolved. We chose to stay in Tababela because we had an early flight in the morning. There was a soccer game across the street making quite a bit of noise, but we were able to drown that out with our noise machine. And then, a bunch of kids showed up in a party bus to have a pool party in the evening. Afterwards, they proceeded to run around the hotel grounds slamming doors. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night to move to a different building that was separate from this large group that was staying here. There is a gate that needs to be manually opened so we needed to wake the guy up in the morning to let us out.

Hôtel confortable, propre et très proche de l’aéroport. Idéal avant de prendre l’avion.

Al momento de llegar el personal no sabían si tenían mi reserva cuando ya había anticipado mi llegada , la habitación no tenía agua en la mañana para bañarse ni para beber el desayuno era demasiado pobre un par de rodajas de pan y huevo y café frío sin leche un jugo era el mejor y adicional una galletas viejas que estaban mejor que el pan parece que no hacían un favor al darnos el desayuno creo que estaba incluido en el precio que pagamos ? La persona que nos atendió al inicio muy amable pero en el desayuno parecía que ya quería que nos vallamos

La habitación bastante confortable

La cerradura estaba en mal estado y no me entregaron el control de tv

el lugar es hermoso, amplio patio, piscina NO TEMPERADA grande, muy lindo lugar.

EL servicio, el chico a cargo no era NADA atento, no tenía agua caliente mi habitación, ni toallas, tuve que en múltiples ocasiones pedirle que me ayude solucionando. Al llegar le pregunté si tenían botellas con agua o algún lugar donde tomar agua y me dijo: "sí, en la cocina", yo acababa de llegar, era de noche y no tenía ni idea donde era la cocina y me tocó investigar por mi cuenta. A la mañana siguiente el ruido de un parlante estaba siendo insoportable, no sé si los empleados del lugar pusieron salsa a todo volumen, yo fui con la intención de descansar, pero no lo logré. Sin embargo, después de 1 hora de ruido, aproximadamente, me contacté con el dueño del lugar, quien solicitó que apaguen la música y me hizo check out sin costo adicional, muy amablemente.
