Easy to get from the airport.

Very clean. I liked that I told them I thought 10$ for what I had for dinner was expensive and they lowered it to 8$! That was nice. Thank you

The location was perfect since we were in transit to and from the airport and the staff was friendly. They didn't speak english and our spanish is rubbish, but we were still able to communicate very well. The room was comfortable, with a radiator provided since it was pretty chilly. We didn't have a phone charger with the correct adapter and this particular room didn't have usb port charging sockets, but the the friendly guy from the reception borrowed his own to us so we could charge our phone. Very safe and sleepy neighbourhood to walk around and to get a bite to eat. They also asked us if we wanted to eat there, which I'm sure would've been nice, but we opted to walk around a bit an found a very cute restaurant nearby.

Only two pillows of which one was more of a decorative pillow (at least the pillow case). The bed was a little shaky ad squeaky. Also, not really a negative per se, but you can't come and go as you please bc the gates are locked and need to be opened by the staff (no keys, they have a remote). There's a bell outside to get in, but if you want to leave you need to get a hold of somebody first. Make sure to tell then that time you are leaving if you want to leave early/late!

We had an incredibly disappointing experience during our recent stay. Despite booking months in advance, we arrived to find that the hotel was completely overbooked. Instead of honoring our reservation, they transferred us to their other location, which was farther away and far inferior in quality. The alternate hotel was a major downgrade: the pool was closed, there was no air conditioning or heat, the room was much smaller and outdated, and breakfast wasn’t offered early enough to accommodate our 7 a.m. departure. To make matters worse, when we left at 7 a.m., breakfast preparations hadn’t even started. Adding to the frustration, the hotel offered no discount or compensation for the inconvenience and lower-quality accommodations—despite the fact that the issue was entirely their fault. They also failed to respond to any messages I sent ahead of our stay. I had tried to arrange an airport transfer (a service they claim to offer), but after receiving no reply, we had to rely on Uber to reach the property. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic hospitality made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Being relatively close to the airport made it convenient for an early morning departure. We were there during a rolling blackout but the staff made a good effort to be helpful given the circumstances.

The check in process was disorganized from registration to payment. They also charged 7% extra for credit card payments.

Location was what we needed after a busy city stay

On Saturday, the Hotel hosted a "Splash and Grill" party for a group of large families. The heavy beat music lasted upto 1pm when I went to the staff to get them to turn it off. They turned it down, and it ceased a while later after 2pm. . The families continued to talk loudly with each other, shouting from room to room and doors banging. The last time I can recall was just past 3am. We were not happy, and when we asked reception staff in the morning if they would refund us the one night, we were told no, sorry.
