Quinta San Felipe

It was a beautiful and nice place.

The breakfast was very basic .

El servicio es excelente gracias a sus empleados que a pesar del regimen despota y abusivo de los dueños....ellos siempre estan dispuestos para brindar el mejor servicio...Gracias a ustedes por hacer de nuestra estancia...una experiencia inolvidable. Los dueños de la propiedad seguirán perdiendo buenos trabajadores mientras mantengan la misma actitud NEGATIVA...ABUSIVA Y FALTA DE HUMANIDAD CON LOS EMPLEADOS....

Don’t answer the phone, no pickup for airport (after promising it), restaurant was closed, tried to charge extra for steam room (which didn’t even work), rude staff. AVOID

This is a quaint and comfortable place close to the airport. The security is excellent. The gardens are superb. The staff member was kind and helpful. We left early for our flight so no free breakfast. We walked up the street of local family suburb to eat at night as locals do and it was fun and good. Fantastic pricing.

On five previous trips to Ecuador, a long travel day from the States ended only after even more travel to overnight accommodation in Quito city. This time staying close to the airport at Quinta San Felipe worked quite well. The room was tidy and very comfortable. Although the grounds may have been within the flight path of landing aircraft, sleep soon overcame any outside distractions.

Staff was good, even brought breakfast to our room. Room was clean, somewhat small, but for the price, it's a far better deal than the expensive US based properties.

Tried to schedule a shuttle from the airport, never got a reply. Once we arrived at the airport, I had to call the property to have the shuttle, a taxi cab, pick us up, which they did.
