The staff are fantastic, always such a warm welcome, from when you first check in to returning each evening, its very, very clean, from the reception, public stairways to the rooms. Its situated in the best location- the heart of Tallinn Old Town. Its a historic building as well.

The bar and restaurant were not open during our stay, which in mid June was quite a shock to my husband and I. We book hotels based on these being available, so we know we can enjoy a drink in between plans, at the end of an evening, etc. There is no fridge in the room, so whilst water is available, it is never cold and you can't have any milk with your coffee (a Nespresso machine was in our room) because there is nowhere to keep it cold. We had to turn the shower/kitchen taps on about 10-15 mins before wanting hot water, which is something we were not told when being showed to our room, so I went down to reception and was informed. Shower pressure was unfortunately not great, the bathroom we had was beautiful, but the shower pressure was quite annoying. No phone in the room, so you do always have to walk downstairs/get lift, if you need something.

Excellent location - close to the center but in a quiet area. The hotel is extremely clean, and the staff are the nicest I’ve ever encountered. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

It’s a lovely old period building. built in the 14th century. The rooms are sympathetically restored, comfortable but true to the surroundings in the old town. In a quiet street but close to all amenities. The bathrooms are lovely, in white marble. A special thanks to the receptionist Zenaida who went out of her way to ensure we felt at home and comfortable at all times .

Pity the restaurant was closed. As a result we did not use the restaurant though it was open for breakfast which had to be ordered the night before

飯店位在老城區裡，旁邊就是三姊妹和聖歐拉夫教堂，只要跟著教堂方向走就不會迷路。床很好睡，空調也是智慧型，浴廁也是超乾淨，廁所地板踩起來也是溫的，非常舒服，飯店員工都很熱情打招呼、聊天，真的很喜歡這家飯店。
