Breakfast was generous and tasty.

Spa, pool was not available during my stay. Since that was the main reason I chose this hotel, I was very disappointed.

"So comfortable, and relaxing."

We loved the staff the most, especially Ms.Zenadia, she went out of her way to make our stay so comfortable, her smile lit up our whole day. The property in itself was so comfortable and felt like home, it was a wonderful experience.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, it was the best experience.

"Absolutely perfect stay."

Absolutely perfect stay. First of all, the staff were outstanding - especially the Lady who welcomed us on arrival. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but she immediately knew who we were and greeted us personally. She was extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely warm in a very natural way. After long, intense days of sightseeing, we really appreciated being able to use the spa late in the evening. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and excellently equipped. The location is also perfect - right in the heart of the city. We highly recommend this hotel and would like to say a big thank you for such a wonderful stay!
