Valldemossa Hotel

We spent a few days at Hotel Valldemossa and it turned out to be one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had.The setting is spectacular – surrounded by green hills, with sweeping views over the valley and the charming village below.It really feels like living inside a postcard. Our room combined Mallorcan character with modern comfort.The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the linens soft, and everything was spotless.Small details such as fresh fruit and flowers added a personal touch and made us feel genuinely welcome. The restaurant deserves special mention – every meal was delicious, made with fresh local ingredients and beautifully presented.Having breakfast on the terrace while watching the sun rise over the mountains is something we’ll never forget. A big thank you goes to Bianca, the manager, who greeted us so warmly from the start.Even though we had no problems at all during our stay, she was always present, making sure everything ran smoothly and that every guest felt looked after.Her kindness and attention really stood out. The whole team deserves praise as well – professional, friendly, and always happy to help with advice about the area or anything else we needed.You can feel how much care goes into running this place. With the pool overlooking the mountains, the peaceful gardens, and the calm atmosphere, Hotel Valldemossa is the perfect retreat for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the real beauty of the island. In short: outstanding.We can’t wait to return.

We arrived early on our first day and were welcomed warmly and with smiles from staff, we were given complimentary breakfast. Right from the start the staff work tirelessly to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Ana and Sara were particularly helpful helping with dinner reservations and spa bookings, I couldn’t fault anything at all from staff right down to the facilities and food. I will definitely be returning as this is now my No 1 choice to stay in Europe with my wife. A huge thank you to the management and staff for the experience staying on this wonderful island!

Our stay at Hotel Valldemossa was truly one of the best experiences of our lives. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — the architecture, the interior decor, and the gorgeous surrounding landscape. The pool area is so tranquil with the surrounding trees and the serene bubbling of the fountain. We never had trouble finding lounge chairs by the pool. The spa experience is incredible; you get to reserve the sauna and indoor pool area for an hour at a time and enjoy it privately. It felt so nice alternating between the hot sauna and the cool water of the indoor pool. The restaurant is phenomenal. We loved all the snacks that could be delivered to you poolside (the cheese plate, the burger, the pan con tomate) and all the dinner options were sublime (especially the pork tacos, the lobster tacos, the sirloin steak, and the market fish). But what really makes Hotel Valldemossa special is the staff. We could never express our gratitude for how welcoming and accommodating they were. We actually decided to extend our stay another day because of how much we loved it there, and they kindly helped us with this and helped us extend our rental car arrangement. They also provided excellent restaurant recommendations and called to arrange reservations for us. We are so deeply grateful to Selim, Gonzalo, and Adriana for how well they took care of us and for their kind and welcoming hearts. We will absolutely be coming back and I cannot recommend Hotel Valldemossa enough.

A fabulous hotel in a splendid location. The hotel is quiet with stunning mountain rural views but it is a 5 min walk into a charming town. The staff are amazing and helpful but not in your face. Food exceptional and my Gluten free was no issue for them. Indeed the food is so fresh and quality that gluten is rarely used. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, poolside and dinner times across the week and other restaurants in town and by the sea too. Wine and cocktail staff superior.

Pretty hard to find fault with this hotel but if you pushed me it would be USA on loud calls by the pool and once lunch. No phones/laptops on loud in communal areas please this is a dreamy place.

Absolutely spectacular hotel. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Could not fault a thing and we are fussy! A special thank you to Alex at the restaurant for great service and all the concierge team including Tim who was very helpful with everything We would love to return.

My experience at Valldemossa was one of the happiest memories of my life. Everything—from the staff’s warm hospitality to the facilities and food—was flawless. I don’t remember her name, but the female staff member who assisted me during check-in was exceptionally kind and left a strong impression on me. The only small suggestion I have is regarding the pool: it would be great if bugs or leaves floating on the surface could be removed more frequently. If I ever return to Mallorca, I would definitely love to stay at Valldemossa Hotel again.
