Valldemossa Hotel

This Hotel offers the most spectacular views of Mountains. Idyllic location to relax and unwind. We’ve stayed a couple of times under the new IT ownership and cannot fault it in any way. The staff our second to none, professional, extremely helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Alec and Bianca are superb. The rooms/Suites have wonderful terraces for enjoying the views and private relaxation. Everything about this Hotel is amazing, we cannot fault a single thing. Fantastic breakfast and sensational food served in the restaurant. We cannot wait to return. Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Hotel, they are amazing.

My friend Anke and I had the most incredible stay at Hotel Valldemossa. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by beauty, calm, and genuine warmth. The hotel itself is stunning!!!!nestled in nature, with breathtaking views that make you feel as though you’re waking up in an enchanted forest, with birdsong in the morning and the soft light over the valley. Our room was beautiful and full of character, with that rare mix of comfort and charm that’s hard to describe in words. Breakfast on the terrace with that incredible view is something we’ll never forget. The whole team at the hotel is so attentive and kind! It felt like they cared about every detail of our experience. A special highlight was our dinner at de Tokio a Lima. Absolutely outstanding! If you go, don’t miss the lemon dessert with meringue .. it’s out of this world. Truly a must-try! The food, the view, the location – everything comes together to create this magical energy that leaves you feeling completely recharged. Valldemossa itself, perched up on the hillside, is a dream of a village. We’ll definitely be back! This place is unforgettable.

This hotel is a magical place and definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. My Premium Room with terrace was outstanding, very quiet, great interior design and very spacious with a great view. The staff is out of this world, service excellence at its best! The breakfast is a wow-experience with high quality products and a great selection from the region, very healthy, very fresh, just great! The food at "Da Tokyo a Lima" is a michelin-star experience and highly recommended. My personal highlight was the 3-day de-stress ritual booked at the Hotel's Sanctuary. Amor Garzon is the best therapist I ever had in my whole life. This has nothing to do with "normal hotel spa or wellness", but it is a holistic experience which benefits your whole life. Her treatments are individually selected and of the highest standards ever seen. Million thanks to Amor who had a remarkable impact on my wellbeeing for the future. I just booked my next stay there as I cannot wait to be back to this magical place and oasis. Great job everyone, muchas gracias.

Hotel Valldemossa is a magical place, fit for rest, relaxation and reflection. Staff provided excellent service in a serene setting. Will definitely return soon.

We loved everything about our stay. The breathtaking views from our terrace. The warm and attentive service from all of the staff. The amazing breakfast buffet. And last but not least, the attention to detail in the interior and exterior design.

Hotel Valldemossa is an amazing property in an amazing town. The service, atmosphere, rooms, amenities, etc are all fantastic. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a boutique hotel. The town is so picturesque and idyllic, it's like being in a fairytale. I would totally go back! If I had one criticism (and it would only be because I ate there once a few years ago before the new ownership) but I preferred the old menu from the previous restaurant. The new restaurant features a Japanese/Spanish fushion menu that was good, with fresh ingredients and surprising combinations, however it was not what I went to Spain to enjoy. Maybe they could consider also offering some more traditional items for those of us who have traveled halfway across the world to have a more authentic experience. Amazing facility. Incredible food. Awesome location. But it is the people and the passion they show every guest from literally the moment you arrive to the moment you leave that makes Hotel Valldemossa an experience unlike any other experience I have ever had during a holiday. The staff's willingness and eagerness to help make every moment of every day incredible is very real. And if you embrace this with reflected gratitude, your experience will quickly be a case of 1+1=10!! There are so many places in this world to visit. There are so many amazing hotels. But Hotel Valldemossa and the team that Bianca has put together is emotionally calling me back to visit year after year. So, when you look at the website words and the pictures, know you are in for something FAR better than you would think. The food is by far the best in the area. The rooms....wow. The facilities and location are perfect. The Sanctuary is FAR more than a spa, it is a place of transformative healing that should not be missed. And after a full day of adventure, realize you can have the spa pool and sauna all to yourself thanks to being in a boutique hotel with only 12 rooms that allows each guest to have private time in this area. But these words, they still can't capture how amazing Hotel Valldemossa is. Try it for yourself. If you open your heart and mind to the staff's support, you too will understand the title of my review.

We had a wonderful late March stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything about it is set up to feel luxurious. Our room was spacious with a lovely outdoor seating area, which unfortunately was too cold to enjoy (but next time). The grounds are immaculate with perfect views from every vantage point. Breakfast was delicious. Each and every member of the staff is amazingly kind and helpful. Our experience manager, Saleem, helped us choose wonderful hiking and dining experiences.
