Unpleasant and unhelpful desk manager when we arrived with a booking problem. No attempt to offer any help or concessions. Free parking would have been available with my failed booking had we been there. He could not bring himself to offer even that. WiFi, window shutter not work . Not a pleasant stay.

"Simple hotel in Merida town centre, close to Roman ruins"

Simple hotel with a good location near the Roman ruins. Has a parking cellar nearby. Breakfast is so-so, but this is to be expected in Spain. Would recommend this for 1 or 2 nights, but no more. Wifi worked fine, and check-in and out was OK.
